Role Overview:

The Virtual Listing Coordinator will be responsible for creating listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Ebay and Amazon.

This involves planning and publishing content, responding to customer comments, and tracking social media performance.

  • Create listings on Ebay, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms
  • Plan and publish content, respond to customer comments, and track social media performance
  • Develop simple visuals for social posts, ads, and presentations
  • Write online content that ranks on Google
  • Provide customer support via email and chat
  • Perform data entry and spreadsheet tasks using Excel or Google Sheets

As a remote worker, the successful candidate must be able to contribute effectively to a team, communicate ideas, and build trust with colleagues.

Key qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in photo editing software, such as Photoshop, and strong analytical skills.

Preferred candidates will have experience working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities may vary depending on business needs and priorities.
