The Team Lead HR role is a pivotal position that oversees the Human Resources department, ensuring seamless integration of employees and efficient organizational management.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify top talent, improve hiring processes, and foster a positive work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain skilled employees while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Training and Development: Assess training needs for all employees and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth, enhancing their skills and performance.
- Performance Management: Design and implement an employee performance management system to evaluate individual progress, set goals, and promote continuous improvement.
In addition, the Team Lead HR will collaborate with management to establish a positive work environment that encourages diversity, equity, and inclusion. They will also assist in developing and managing HR budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and measuring program outcomes.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate should possess:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking, planning, and execution abilities
- Knowledge of Technical Recruitment, particularly in the IT industry
- Ability to influence senior management, build collaborative relationships, and drive change
