What You'll Do:
- Support e-commerce brands: Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media with clarity and professionalism.
- Assist with orders and more: Help customers with order updates, tracking, product questions, returns, and other issues.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk is a big plus
- A friendly problem-solving mindset and genuine desire to help
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations efficiently
Tech Requirements:
- Personal computer or laptop with i5 processor (or equivalent)
- Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed
