What You'll Do:

  • Support e-commerce brands: Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media with clarity and professionalism.
  • Assist with orders and more: Help customers with order updates, tracking, product questions, returns, and other issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk is a big plus
  • A friendly problem-solving mindset and genuine desire to help
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations efficiently

Tech Requirements:

  • Personal computer or laptop with i5 processor (or equivalent)
  • Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed
