Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee and improve our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and internal teams, ensuring efficient procurement, production, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cost estimation for materials, equipment, and production processes.
  • Oversee procurement activities and monitor production equipment efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production schedules and timely deliveries.
  • Lead efforts to resolve customer and supplier issues related to product specifications.
  • Continuously review and enhance supply chain systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local and international suppliers/vendors.
Requirements
  • Strong skills in supply chain planning, forecasting, and coordination.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and procurement of raw materials and equipment.
  • Competency in managing logistics, delivery schedules, and inventory control.
  • Experience in handling returns and managing reverse logistics processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
