We are seeking a seasoned talent expert to lead our recruitment efforts, focusing on international strategies and cultural awareness.

Job Description:

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global recruitment trends, strong networking skills, and the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and potential candidates. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, assessing, and hiring professionals to meet organizational staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent worldwide.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including interviewing and hiring for various positions.
  3. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  4. Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract diverse candidates.
  5. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers on suitability.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, compensation practices, and best practices in recruitment.
  7. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  9. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key talent pipelines and external recruitment agencies.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment, including international recruitment.
  3. Proven track record of successfully filling senior and specialized positions.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
