About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Administrative Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
