Corporate Partnerships Specialist

Job Description:

The role of Corporate Partnerships Specialist serves as the focal point for potential and existing high-value clients to develop corporate solution portfolios. This includes managing salary disbursement solutions, payment gateways, and in-app payment collections.

This position reports directly to the Regional Manager Corporate Partnership - South and collaborates with an extended team of 15 members.

  • Bring new clients on board while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
  • Act as the principal point of contact between the company and its corporate customers.
  • Identify new markets, generate leads, and pitch solutions to prospective customers.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the existing corporate client base, ensure smooth operational activities, and explore opportunities for upselling.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through direct outreach or by leveraging internal channels.
  • Track and present pipeline status and progress to regional management.
  • Stay updated on regulatory and business practices affecting digital financial services to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
  • Guide clients through all lifecycle stages—from conception and negotiation to onboarding and activation.

As a Corporate Partnerships Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our success and empowering millions more with the tools necessary to progress in an increasingly digital economy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the digital financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, taking end-to-end responsibility from planning to execution within DFS businesses.
  • Sound communication, presentation, and negotiation skills essential for selling corporate solutions.
  • Experience managing complex projects across multiple organizations in a sales domain.
  • Ability to interact directly with CXOs and senior management teams of client organizations for account relationship management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of DFS solutions and competitor value propositions to close sales effectively in a competitive market.
  • Understanding of the SBP regulatory environment pertaining to DFS.
