
Truck Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Truck Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential customers in the trucking and transportation industry, utilizing market research and sales strategies to effectively promote our range of trucks.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our truck models and their features, enabling you to communicate value propositions to customers and meet their needs.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Promote our products through participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, as well as collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our trucks.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers, balancing profitability with customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales contracts and documentation, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Provide post-sale support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions, utilizing this data to inform future sales strategies.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Showcase ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Exhibit self-motivation and independence, driving sales success through goal-oriented mindset and results-driven approach.
- Utilize negotiation skills and deal-closing techniques to maximize sales revenue.
- Possess a results-oriented mindset, focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
Benefits and Salary: This full-time onsite position offers a competitive salary range of Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month, plus commission based on performance.
