Job Role: Client Support Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Client Support Manager. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless resolution of all company-related issues at the client site.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, technical background, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have above-average skills in relational database management systems and the ability to use SQL. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Issue Resolution: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and errors in a timely manner
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure connectivity and engagement with client representatives at all levels of assigned accounts
  3. Client Service: Manage client service relationships and serve as the point of contact for all issues related to the company
  4. Project Execution: Support clients through internal processes to execute timely deployments and ensure smooth operations
  5. Status Reporting: Submit status reports to management summarizing completed projects/tasks
  6. Ad-Hoc Reporting: Manage and execute ad-hoc reporting requirements
Requirements:
  • Above-average skills in relational database management systems and ability to use SQL

  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to travel for assignments if required
