In addition to interacting with customers, you will keep records of all interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. This information will help us identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

You will work closely with colleagues as necessary to achieve common goals. This may involve collaborating on projects, sharing best practices, or seeking input on complex issues.

As a customer service specialist, you will also provide feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process. This will help us refine our approach and improve the overall experience for our clients.
