We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Dispatch Coordinator with experience in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to coordinate, communicate with clients, and manage logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from patients and clients professionally
  • Schedule and dispatch trips using platforms like TripMaster, RouteGenie, or similar tools
  • Communicate with drivers and monitor routes
  • Ensure timely updates and support to clients
  • Keep accurate records and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in NEMT dispatching or medical transportation call handling (mandatory)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, email, and scheduling apps
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable
