The Care Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Executing mega projects to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Coordinating daily with branches to ensure timely submission of delivery sheets.
- Analyzing customer feedback to determine service requirements and improve operations.
- Providing help desk resources and technical support to maximize customer operational performance.
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Resolving walk-in complaints and issues promptly.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years' experience in customer care and team management.
