Financial Expert for Strategic Initiatives

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as an Affiliate Finance Enterprise Partner. This individual will serve as a key business partner to the commercial organization, leveraging their expertise in financial analysis and consultation to drive forward initiatives critical to delivering our strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of management and financial accounting, as well as corporate finance. They will be able to analyze complex business data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities will include partnering with the business to negotiate with external stakeholders, supporting the commercial team in driving closure of key customer issues, and providing financial analysis and consultation to ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results.

Serve as a knowledge connector across business areas, functions, divisions, and geography, identifying and supporting process improvement initiatives. Provide structured analysis of plan assumptions and performance targets to enable informed decision-making.

This role requires at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, with a strong analytical skillset and business acumen. The successful candidate will be qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ICMA or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g. MBA Finance).

Key Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical skills, including business modeling & scenario analysis
  • Strong business acumen to serve as Business Partner

This is a Karachi-based individual contributor position, reportable to the Head of Division Finance and Operations. Fieldwork and traveling across Roche offices within/outside Pakistan might be needed.
