Role Overview

nsave is a fintech company on a mission to protect and grow the wealth of financially excluded individuals. As a key member of our Pakistan team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion into this significant market.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven country strategy that solidifies nsave's presence in Pakistan. This involves crafting user acquisition strategies, optimizing retention and ROI, and leveraging analytics tools to inform decision-making.

  • Craft and execute a data-driven country strategy to establish nsave as a leading fintech player in Pakistan.
  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies, including paid media campaigns, referral programs, and customer conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to troubleshoot and solve challenges impacting conversion rates and user experience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to derive insights, track performance, and make data-backed decisions fueling growth.
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic recommendations enhancing our growth strategies.
