Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Development Specialist to lead the development of compelling proposals that drive business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing proposal outlines and schedules, collaborating with stakeholders for timely submissions, and organizing proposals with related documents and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive proposal outlines and schedules.
  • Work closely with stakeholders for timely submission of proposals.
  • Organize proposals with relevant documents and updates.
  • Maintain document compliance with RFP requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality results using standardized templates and writing guidelines.
  • Compile and organize information from various sources to create cohesive proposals.
  • Assist in maintaining spreadsheets of all bids on a weekly basis.
  • Compose proposal content, including executive summaries and cover letters.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A self-motivated individual who can drive the proposal process from pre-RFP planning through delivery.
  • Analytical with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, handle multiple proposals and tasks simultaneously with deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in this role.
