IT Support Specialist Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first line systems support to our customers. This includes documenting all customer inquiries, diagnosing and attempting to resolve issues, coordinating and clearly communicating issues to responsible parties, and escalating unresolved issues to management when necessary.

You will also be required to maintain current working knowledge of systems supported and assist in server and network support projects when applicable.

In this role, you will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including professionalism, courtesy, and patience in all dealings with customers.

  • Solve and explain technical issues to a disparate range of technical and non-technical clients
  • Four (4) years of directly relevant Information Technology Service Desk experience
