Job Requirements:
  1. Schedule Management: Oversee and coordinate the schedules of senior executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Communication Skills: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executives, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  3. Meeting Organization: Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  4. Documentation Preparation: Develop and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  5. Travel Planning: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  6. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with all sensitive information and communications.
  7. Office Administration: Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and coordinating with vendors.
  8. Project Support: Provide support on special projects and initiatives as required by the executive team.
  9. Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Internal Communications: Manage incoming and outgoing calls via Zoom.
