About the Role:
Inbound Sales Enablement Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Enablement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales development team, you will focus on developing and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for our Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

You will work closely with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and create targeted training solutions. Your success will be measured by the effectiveness of enablement programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ramp-up time evaluations.
