Business Growth Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development function, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, developing targeted outreach strategies, and delivering results-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation plans using B2B marketing techniques, focusing on LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Utilize CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and automation platforms to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders through excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Meet specific conversion KPIs and consistently deliver revenue growth targets.

Hiring Process:

  • A 3-month performance-based plan will be required if shortlisted.
  • One professional reference will be required after the interview stage.
  • A 10-day task may be assigned, where successful completion of lead generation targets within the given timeframe will result in a performance-based offer.
