Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to play a key role in generating high-quality leads, engaging potential clients, and optimizing our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting, identifying, and qualifying new leads through research, outreach, and follow-up.
  • Engaging potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our services.
  • Utilizing CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring efficient pipeline management.
  • Providing consistent follow-up to nurture leads and qualify them as sales-ready opportunities.
  • Assisting in setting up meetings and demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
  • Keeping detailed records of interactions and updating CRM data to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyzing lead generation activities and providing insights to improve prospecting strategies.

As a successful Sales Development Representative, you will have excellent communication skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and a strong understanding of lead generation techniques. You will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
  • A strong understanding of lead generation techniques and familiarity with sales prospecting tools.
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams.
