Requirements and Qualifications:

  2. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in B2B sales management, preferably within the conventional indirect sales channel.
  3. Strong understanding of sales strategies, channel management, and market dynamics.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and drive results.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in B2B Sales Management & Tech industry or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with B2B Products & Services sales tools or methodologies.
  3. Knowledge of regional market conditions and customer preferences.
Working Conditions:
  1. Travel within the designated region is required.
  2. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate client and partner needs.
