Job Title: Customer Service Manager

About the Role:

Our team is seeking a seasoned and skilled professional to lead our customer service operations in Lahore, Pakistan. This key role requires strong leadership and communication skills to build and manage a high-performing team.

Requirements:

For this role, we require someone with previous call centre/customer service management experience, a minimum Bachelors/Masters level education and a willingness to work evening and night shifts.
