Customer Experience Champion Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch solutions to customers through written communication, demonstrating excellent customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience as measured by performance objectives
  • Maintain swift responses to customers
  • Document each customer query and solution
  • Provide alternatives to products not available on the e-commerce website
Requirements:
  • O Levels/Intermediate or above
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English communication
  • Minimum 40 WPM typing speed
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
