Job Title: Customer Service Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and team leadership.

  1. Lead a high-performing team of customer support professionals to achieve outstanding results and ensure client satisfaction.

  4. Analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify trends, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Mentor, train, and develop the customer support team to foster high performance and engagement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and needs.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced startup environment with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using customer support software, CRM tools, and other communication platforms.
