
Client Partnership Manager

In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in driving client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our solutions. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to foster long-lasting partnerships with clients, guaranteeing they achieve their objectives and maximise value from our products.
Core Account Management Responsibilities- Build robust, sustainable relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive support.
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition to our solutions, increasing product adoption rates and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, leveraging data-driven insights to drive growth and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyse usage metrics and feedback to refine engagement strategies, optimising success rates and delivering valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles (1+ years).
- Industry expertise in SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused sectors.
- Technical proficiency in using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.
- Fluency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Remote work readiness: Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
