We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, talent acquisition, and operations. They should be able to develop and manage project delivery plans, actively hire and maintain resources, track KPIs, and ensure efficient and quality delivery.

This is a junior to mid-level role that requires strong problem-solving skills, daily communication, and a structured approach to execution. The successful candidate will collaborate with other project managers to handle high-volume client deliveries, conduct daily meetings, and monitor performance. They must also be able to work closely with other teams, clients, and stakeholders.

The requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field and 2-3 years of experience in project management, talent acquisition, and operations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking, is also necessary. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have strong reasoning, communication, and task management skills, as well as experience with KPI-driven management, capacity planning, and performance tracking.

In this role, you will oversee service delivery, resource planning, hiring, and KPI-driven project management. You will also be responsible for developing and managing project delivery plans, actively hiring and maintaining resources, and tracking KPIs and performance metrics. Your goal will be to ensure efficiency and quality delivery while working closely with other project managers and teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project delivery plans for digital services
  • Actively hire, onboard, and maintain a pool of skilled resources
  • Maintain resource pipelines, balancing workload distribution and future capacity planning
  • Track KPIs, performance metrics, and delivery timelines
  • Work closely with other project managers to coordinate high-volume client deliveries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Accounting, Business, IT, etc.)
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, talent acquisition, and operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Strong reasoning, communication, and task management skills
