Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions for our clients.

About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP HCM projects from start to finish, focusing on various modules such as Global Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation.
  • You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, assess business needs, and design optimal solutions.
  • Able to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Functional analysis and solution design
  2. Configuration and testing of application modules
  3. Development of test plans/scripts and system testing
  4. Data migration planning and execution
  5. User training and support

Requirements:

  • Mandatory 5 years of work experience in the HR department with Oracle fusion HCM, preferably in a US-based company managing US Payroll.
  • Prior experience is necessary for the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP HCM project from End-to-End, in at least one or more of these modules: Global Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation.
  • Familiarity with all project phases: Design Phase, Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, and Testing & Production Support.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Serves as functional analyst/subject matter expert for new implementations or migrations.
  • Gathers and assesses requirements and assists with translation into optimal solutions.
  • Master's degree in Core HR qualification with overall experience in HR functions of a large organization with 2000+ employees.
