Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Business Development Manager. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement: Re-ignite relationships with existing clients by showcasing the value of our services and persuading them to re-engage.
  2. New Client Acquisition: Identify potential new clients, understand their business needs, and propose solutions that meet those requirements.
  3. Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate revenue for businesses in the UK by sourcing new leads and converting them into long-term clients.
  4. Tendering and Business Development: Research available tenders and opportunities to increase our business footprint.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Development Manager with a successful track record of generating revenue and increasing client databases, particularly in the UK market.
  2. Results-Driven: Clear demonstration of how you have previously increased business revenue and brought in new clients.
  3. Initiative and Proactivity: A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
  4. Sales Focus: Strong passion for sales and business development with a clear focus on results.
  5. Remote Working Experience: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
