Proposal Manager

This is a critical role in developing and submitting high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities.

You will play a pivotal part in crafting compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and set us apart from competitors.

  • Develop proposal outlines and schedules in collaboration with the team.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Organize and coordinate proposal documents, updates, and communications with team members and clients.
  • Maintain compliance with RFP criteria, including content, formatting, length, layout, and other requirements.
  • Edit and review proposal content to ensure accuracy, readability, and consistency.
  • Write, compile, and organize information from various sources to create cohesive proposals.
  • Assist in updating bid spreadsheets and tracking results.
  • Compose bid content, including executive summaries and cover letters.
  • Monitor solicitation changes and adjust work accordingly.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, with excellent project management skills. They should possess exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high sense of urgency and initiative. Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and grow are also essential for success in this role.
