Senior Estate Planning Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Estate Planning Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve those goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and goals
  • Develop and implement customized estate plans that meet the client's needs and comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the estate planning process
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning laws and regulations, and adapt your knowledge and skills accordingly

Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school and current license to practice law in the State of AlabamaAt least three years of experience in estate planning law, with a focus on elder law and probate estate administrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise mannerExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
