Key Responsibilities- Forecast call volumes and adjust staffing accordingly.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize productivity.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
