Position Overview:

*Note: We are seeking a seasoned Call Centre Sales Manager with 7–10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, particularly within call centre operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue, managing high-performing teams, and optimizing sales processes to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team within the call center environment.
  • Develop training programs to enhance the team's skills and ensure high-quality performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Call Center Sales Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day call center sales activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer interactions and overall team productivity.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify new opportunities and target markets to grow the business.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance analytics and market trends.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address escalations professionally to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
  • Set realistic yet ambitious sales targets and lead the team to achieve them.
  • Track and report sales metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Drive the development of incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and HR teams to align goals and initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance insights to upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all operations.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales management, with a strong focus on call center operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a call center setting.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and call center tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement strategies effectively.
