About the Role


The Administrative Manager - Support Services will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the team at Triad Solutionz. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining records.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of fixture and furniture and other office equipment
  • Record keeping of staff attendance and leaves
  • Ensure that discipline is maintained by staff according to the company rules and policies
  • Liaise with government and non-agencies e.g., WAPDA, EOBI, Social Security
  • Provide administrative support to the team


Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be able to commute to the office regularly.
