
Senior Business Expansion Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development within the immigration/education consultancy industry.
Job DescriptionThis role entails collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business goals and operational styles. You will be responsible for leading all operational aspects including acquisition of premises, initial branch setup, human resources, administration, and sales. Additionally, you will liaise with primary decision-makers and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.
The successful candidate will:
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with educational institutions and universities.
- Drive growth by enrolling students in Australia, the UK, and other countries as required.
- Provide high-quality education and visa advice.
- Oversee day-to-day affairs and assist with supervision and training of staff.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Maintain quality controls and monitor KPIs.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
To be successful, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 7 years experience in an education and visa consulting role.
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven negotiation ability.
- Experience in designing and implementing business development strategies.
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
