We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Operations Lead to join our team, responsible for driving effective governance, execution oversight, and performance tracking of key procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and develop key projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and on-time delivery.

In this role, you will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) within the procurement function, planning and managing project activities, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively. You will also provide day-to-day support to the Group Head of Procurement (GHP) on strategic initiatives, training materials, presentations, and ad-hoc tasks.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating and documenting high-level meetings, tracking key decisions, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Additionally, you will promote consistency and efficiency in reporting across the procurement function, maintaining structured documentation for meetings, project updates, and strategic decisions.
