Senior Human Resources Professional

The role of a Senior HR Executive is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of an organization's human resources department. Key responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day routine work, managing employee grievances, and compiling and updating employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day routine work of the HR functions and duties
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Manage employees' grievances
  • Compile and update employee records, manage CVs, arrange interviews, shortlist candidates from job portals, social media, and coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Prepare reports relating to personnel activities, performance evaluations, etc.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
