Job Title: Senior HR Manager – Global Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior HR Manager with a strong background in local and international hiring, who can manage talent acquisition across multiple regions, build and maintain partnerships with freelancers and staffing agencies, and successfully recruit top talent across International Sales, Software Development, and Business Development (BDM) functions.

The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and well-versed in sourcing both in-house and external talent to meet dynamic business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet business growth objectives

● Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.

● Lead the recruitment process for International Sales, Software Development, and BDM positions, both locally and internationally

● Handle candidates via multiple channels, including freelancer platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr) and staffing agencies

● Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles

● Negotiate and manage relationships with external recruitment partners

● Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs

● Design and implement effective onboarding and retention strategies

● Ensure compliance with local and international hiring regulations

● Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees.

● Organize and attend job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.

● Support performance management processes, probation reviews, and appraisals.

● Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).

● Proven work experience (typically 5–7+ years) as an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role.

● Proven experience hiring for International Sales, Software Development / Engineer, and Business Development roles

● Strong network with freelancer communities and third-party staffing firms

● Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Strong organizational and time management abilities.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
