We are a premium beauty brand dedicated to innovative skincare, makeup, and haircare products. Our company seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to support our remote team and promote a culture of excellence in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding procedures.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively, promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in the field of human resources management, minimizing legal risks and liability.
- Support performance management and professional development initiatives, driving employee growth and engagement.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in human resources management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor legislation, staying up-to-date with industry developments and changes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, as well as familiarity with organizational processes and systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.
