Job Title: Territory Sales Director

 

Sales Leadership Role

This role is responsible for driving business growth and sales performance within a designated territory. The successful candidate will manage distributors and trade, ensuring effective distribution operations.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive volume and sales growth in the assigned territory.
  2. Competitive Visibility: Enhance our presence in stores through strategic marketing initiatives.
  3. Distributor Management: Coordinate operational plans with distributors and customers to achieve business objectives.
  4. Customer Negotiations: Collaborate with customers to develop joint business plans and negotiate agreements.
  5. Route Optimization: Plan and manage eRTM, building optimized routes for DSRs.
  6. Digital Transformation: Support the digital transformation strategy in the territory.
  7. Financial Acumen: Maintain a strong understanding of business profitability and gross margin.
  8. Team Leadership: Lead, build, and develop an extended team of sales professionals.
  9. Performance Metrics: Ensure adherence to key performance indicators and redefines processes using analytical skills.

  • Action-Oriented: Ability to strategize and execute effectively with a strong bias for action.
