Job Title: Business Development Manager / Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales and expand market presence in the FMCG sector.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to align commercial strategies and optimize operations.
- Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions with clients and partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the FMCG industry.
- Strong network and market knowledge of FMCG channels (retail, wholesale, modern trade).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
