Job Title: Business Development Manager / Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales and expand market presence in the FMCG sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to align commercial strategies and optimize operations.
  • Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions with clients and partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong network and market knowledge of FMCG channels (retail, wholesale, modern trade).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
