About the Role

PakWheels.com seeks a skilled Car Field Sales Officer to play a key role in driving growth by managing and enhancing the sales experience for our partner dealers and private sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Listing Management
    1. Lead the execution of seller engagement processes, including visiting seller locations to manage and update car listings, while coordinating with inspection teams for timely certification to meet PakWheels' quality standards.
  2. Customer Engagement
    1. Manage customer inquiries across various communication channels, such as calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing timely and comprehensive responses to drive prospective buyers' interest in the assigned car inventory.
  3. Sales Operations
    1. Conduct on-site vehicle viewings for buyers at seller locations, utilizing proven sales and negotiation techniques to effectively showcase and finalize sales, building customer trust and loyalty.
  4. Transaction Coordination
    1. Ensure seamless vehicle transfers between buyers and sellers, overseeing the transaction process to maintain transparency and accuracy in documentation and ownership changes.
  5. Reporting and Insights
    1. Collaborate closely with the management team to produce detailed daily and weekly sales performance reports, offering insights into customer engagement trends, sales data, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive successful sales outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of cars and the local automotive market is essential.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet tools, and digital communication platforms.
