Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent & People Manager to lead our end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. This role requires a highly organized individual who can prioritize tasks effectively, maintain attention to detail, and provide excellent support to our team members.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in hiring, HR, or people operations to join a fast-growing direct-to-consumer skincare brand as we scale globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge systems.
  • Support managers with team coordination, scheduling, and communication workflows.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration across a remote, international team.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and performance processes, building a strong team culture.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage remote, international teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills (Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Experience building and managing onboarding systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • A proactive, structured approach – you bring clarity and organization to fast-moving environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in hiring, HR, or people operations.
