Job Description

Confiz seeks an expert Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the talent acquisition cycle for the LATAM region. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and building strong relationships with candidates in the LATAM Region.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional tracking skills, be able to engage stakeholders, ensure compliance, and uphold ethical conduct.

This role requires working with offshore teams based in the US & LATAM from 09:00 AM CST to 06:00 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing candidates through various job boards.
  • CV shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and managing correspondence with candidates and interviewers.
  • Managing communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Creating dashboards to track recruitment metrics.
  • Engaging stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Ensuring compliance and upholding ethical conduct.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Business Management, or Social Sciences.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in global technical recruitment in the IT industry.
  • Working experience with LATAM candidates is advantageous.
  • Experience with the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Professionally well-connected with a willingness to leverage outside sources.
  • Multi-tasking and high work ethics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work from 09:00 AM CST to 06:00 PM CST.
