Job Title: Email Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a customer service champion within our Operations department. As a specialist, you will be assisting customers with their queries/concerns and providing accurate resolutions via email.

We are looking for individuals who have experience dealing with international customers, but more importantly, we care about personality, passion, and work ethic. A sense of humor is also a big plus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their items purchased through the ecommerce website
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of the organization
  • Maintain swift responses to customers through email
  • Maintain a high level of service through friendly, efficient, and attentive interactions with customers
  • Document each customer query and resulting solution
  • Provide alternatives to products/items not available on the ecommerce website
  • Follow standard processes and procedures when providing resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest system information and process changes
  • Ability to deal with objections and handle customer pushbacks
