About the Position:

We are seeking an ambitious Sales and Marketing Officer to augment our presence in the chemical industry. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, presenting products, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Proactively seek out new customers and expand the company's presence in the chemical industry.
  • Promote and present chemical products to clients, ensuring their understanding of product benefits and features.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize sales transactions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Conduct market visits to gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the chemical industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fieldwork experience is advantageous in this role, as it allows for direct interaction with customers and better understanding of their needs.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Chemistry is preferred but not mandatory.
