About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Performance Marketing Manager who can fuel our vision for a future where technology serves humanity's highest needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and executing full-stack growth strategies that drive new user acquisition for our cutting-edge mobile apps.

Your Mission
  • Design and execute end-to-end user acquisition funnels optimized for installs, subscriptions, and retention.
  • Leverage App Store Optimization (ASO), content strategy, referral programs, and UGC to drive organic downloads.
  • Launch high-impact campaigns in global markets targeting chronic disease users.
  • Create and lead non-paid viral growth tactics, including health networks penetration, trend initiation, and capturing.
Data-Driven Optimization
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs: install-to-signup, retention, activation, LTV, CAC, ROI.
  • Run rapid A/B tests on messaging, creatives, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
  • Use analytics dashboards to improve performance.
Campaigns & Community
  • Lead content and social growth initiatives on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.
  • Build ambassador and affiliate programs tied to Amazon, iHerb, Vitacost.
  • Work with influencers, content creators, and medical voices to build trust and reach.
Revenue and Conversion Growth
  • Drive subscriptions and affiliate purchases through conversion-optimized funnels.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams for UX improvement strategies.

As a skilled professional in growth marketing, you possess 5+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years focused on mobile apps. Your portfolio showcases successful app launches, ideally in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer tech. You have mastery in organic growth, ASO, influencer strategy, referral programs, SEO/SEM, and content virality. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills are essential, as you know how to turn features into emotions that move people.
