Business Development Executive Tele Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Conversion Specialist who thrives on closing deals efficiently. This role involves converting inbound leads sourced from digital platforms into customers, ideally on the first call.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads and close sales effectively, focusing on first-call conversion rates.
  • Sell various digital services, including web development, SEO, animated videos, paid marketing, and social media management.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue-based sales targets, with a strong focus on Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Follow structured sales processes, with expertise in objection handling and negotiation tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure seamless handover to the delivery team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in telesales environments, selling to clients in the UK and US.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in revenue-driven environments.
  • Strong negotiation and first-call closing skills, with a persuasive sales approach.
  • Familiarity with inbound lead conversion from digital marketing sources.
  • Fluent English communication, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
