Job Description
- Conduct external face-to-face meetings with vendors, including furnishing the onboarding training manual tailored-fit for a specific partner, support in vendor issues and being in contact with them.
- Oversee vendors that are newly onboarded to the platform and drive operational excellence within the platform on metrics including commercial performance, internal tools, systems, and any other special projects.
- Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Responsible for development of vendors after acquisition and maximizing their potential, including but not limited to supporting the onboarding and incubation process for the Shops.
- Visiting fields on a daily basis to make sure all targeted shops are being onboarded properly.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of sales operations and business development. Additionally, they should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be proactive in resolving issues and finding solutions.
