Our team is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the development and growth of our premium accessories brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in building brands from scratch and scaling early-stage startups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, e-commerce platforms, and team structuring. They should also possess excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

We are looking for someone who can create a clear and powerful brand image, tone, and market positioning. This includes developing a unique value proposition and establishing a distinctive brand voice.

This role involves overseeing and managing all daily operations, including logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and customer service. The candidate will also be responsible for hiring, training, and leading key personnel across marketing, product development, and fulfillment.

The Chief Operating Officer will play a key role in defining and executing quarterly and yearly targets. They will create revenue models and optimize unit economics, while also working with branding and creative teams to roll out the online store and social channels.

Regular reporting and milestone tracking will be essential in this role. We need someone who can keep the founder informed with reports, forecasts, and updates on business progress.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in operations, brand management, or startup leadership roles. They should have a proven track record of building brands from scratch or scaling early-stage startups.

Key responsibilities include:
