
Senior Business Contracts Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage the overall processes, ensure deadlines and conditions are met, negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners, review and update existing contracts, analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms, stay up-to-date with legislative changes, coordinate with the legal department as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and purchase contracts while ensuring all deadlines and conditions are met.
- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners, review and update existing contracts and technical documents.
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms, stay up-to-date with legislative changes, and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
- Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records, create language standards for existing and new contracts, integrate the Procurement process, award the contracts, and track contracts.
- Manage technical contracts administration tasks efficiently.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field (preferred).
Experience:
- Preferably 6 to 7 years of relevant corporate experience.
Skill Set:
- Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, problem-solving abilities, and proactive mindset.
